These mini-courses are offered during the day and geared towards homeschoolers or pre-schoolers depending on the class. I have selected some of the favorites that I've done over the years! I have something for all ages! My studio, located on Main Street in Humboldt, is a fun place for all! (My homeschool parents love hanging out at The Coffee Shop & lesson planning during class!) ** I must have at least 4 enrolled to make the class. Classes will be limited to 8 students. Jump on the waitlist if your class is full.

** If you are unable to attend due to sickness or quarantine, a credit will be issued for another class unless I’m able to fill your spot. I will have more classes in Spring 2022. Please let me know ASAP if you are unable to attend.

September:

Textured Floral or Seascape Paintings - In this class students will create large textured paintings. This class is for 3rd through high school. It will meet on September 22nd and 29th 9:30-11:30 AM $95

Seascape paintings for Younger Students - Students will create large seascapes on paper using the big class easels! This is always a favorite! Ages 4 through 3rd grade. Tuesday, September 14th from 12:45-2:30 PM $29

Printmaking- We will use Gelli plates to create fun monoprints. Ages 4 & up. This one is fun for all ages and is always a student favorite in the studio. Wednesday, September 15th, 10 AM -11:30 AM. $25

Clay Pumpkins - We will make 2 clay pumpkins perfect for your fall decor! All ages 4 through high school. Friday, September 24th. 12:00- 2:00 PM $55

October:

Drawing - Learn the basics of adding value (shading) to your drawings. We will do several drawing exercises and then start a drawing of the child's preference. Ages 4th grade through high school. Wednesday, October 13 & 20from 9:30-11:30. $79

Woodburning - We will learn to use wood burners to create beautiful Christmas Ornaments! They can make as many ornaments as time allows. I recommend they come with some ideas so they will be ready to turn these sketches into beautiful works of wood-burned art. Tuesday, October 19th from 1:00-2:30 PM. $25 Ages 4th grade through HS
